Terms & Conditions

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue and is based on the scope outlined above. Pricing may change after expiration or if the scope is modified. A non-refundable 50% deposit is due upon signature to secure services, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Refunds are not issued for services already rendered. 

Timelines are estimated in good faith and may change due to unforeseen circumstances or delays in receiving required materials or approvals. Any additional expenses will be discussed and approved in advance. 

The provider may use completed work for portfolio or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed. Acceptance of this quote constitutes agreement to these terms.
